These Terms of Service govern your use of the OrcaPulse website (orcapulse.io) and platform (app.orcapulse.ai), operated by Webeye Digital Marketing Management, Dubai, UAE.

1. Wallet Credit & Usage Billing

OrcaPulse operates on pay-as-you-go credits where $1.00 USD equals 1 wallet credit. Credits are deducted automatically based on actual usage across voice calls, WhatsApp messages, SMS, email, and Lead Finder enrichments.

2. Responsible AI Use

Users are responsible for ensuring that marketing messages and calls comply with telecommunications, privacy, and real estate advertising regulations in their operating jurisdictions.
